Server (High-Volume Nightlife)
The Bungalow Huntington Beach is looking for experienced high-volume servers who thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment. If you have strong cocktail knowledge, bottle service experience, and the ability to move with speed and efficiency during busy shifts, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
Provide fast, attentive service in a high-volume nightlife and bar environment
Take and deliver food, cocktails, and bottle service orders quickly and accurately
Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bottle service menus
Manage multiple tables while maintaining speed, organization, and accuracy
Create a fun, engaging, and professional guest experience
Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and management to maintain smooth service flow
Process payments and orders through the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
Qualifications
3+ years serving experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or nightlife venue
Bottle service experience preferred
Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
